Terms of Service

Effective for users in Japan. These terms govern access to and use of aichatlab.pro.

1. Service scope

aichatlab.pro provides an AI learning platform and related software features. Descriptions, pricing, supported environments, renewal terms, and other transaction conditions presented during signup or purchase form part of these terms. Where this page supports online contracting, required disclosures should also be available under the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions(Act No. 57 of 1976), Article 11 of the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions and Article 12-6 of the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions.

2. Accounts and acceptable use

You must provide accurate information, keep credentials confidential, and use the service lawfully. You must not misuse the platform, interfere with security, upload unlawful content, infringe intellectual property, or use outputs to deceive, defame, harass, or violate applicable law.

3. AI outputs

AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or unsuitable for your purpose. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them. The service is not legal, medical, financial, or professional advice.

4. Fees, renewal, cancellation, refunds

If paid plans are offered, fees, billing cycle, taxes, renewal timing, cancellation method, and any refund eligibility will be shown before purchase. Terms must be interpreted consistently with the Consumer Contract Act(Act No. 61 of 2000). We will not use misleading price or performance claims, in line with the Act against Unjustifiable Premiums and Misleading Representations(Act No. 134 of 1962).

5. Privacy and tracking

Personal information is handled under our Privacy Policy and applicable law, including the Act on the Protection of Personal Information(Act No. 57 of 2003), Article 21 of the Act on the Protection of Personal Information, Article 27 of the Act on the Protection of Personal Information, Article 28 of the Act on the Protection of Personal Information, Article 32 of the Act on the Protection of Personal Information, Personal Information Protection Commission. Cookies and similar tracking technologies are disclosed in line with the Telecommunications Business Act, external transmission discipline.

6. Marketing communications

Promotional email relating to mail-order sales terms will be sent only where permitted, including compliance with Article 12-3 of the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions.

7. Intellectual property and availability

The platform, software, and site materials are protected by intellectual property rights. We may modify, suspend, or update features for maintenance, security, or operational reasons. We may set reasonable usage limits and technical requirements.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability where exclusion is not permitted by law. Any limitation of liability is intended to apply only to the extent valid under the Consumer Contract Act(Act No. 61 of 2000) and other applicable law.
